Kinlare never touches your money. Rent goes straight from the tenant to the owner's UPI or bank account, the same way it does today. Kinlare only keeps the record: the proof, the confirmation and the receipt.
Do tenants have to pay for Kinlare?
No. Tenants never pay for Kinlare. Homes are free too.
What if my tenant does not have a smartphone?
You can record cash or bank payments yourself in a few taps. Kinlare still makes the receipt, and you can share it on WhatsApp or print it.
Is Kinlare on the App Store or Play Store?
Not yet. Kinlare is in private preview on Android and iPhone. Join early access and we will send you the app.
What happens to my records if I stop using it?
They are yours. You can export your records at any time, and we do not show ads or sell your data.
Does it work for gated communities?
Owners and tenants inside gated communities can use Kinlare for their own flats today. Tools for the whole community are coming soon. Kinlare does not do visitor or gate management.
